Executive Chef Stan Ross set out on a mission this past year…to expand what we’re best at: finding the best beef and sharing it with our guests at Metropolitan Grill. His desire was to provide something unique that you typically wouldn’t be able to find elsewhere. After visiting ranches around the U.S. and the world, he found exactly what he had been searching for that held up to The Met standard.
This special menu features 4-5 offerings in addition to our signature steak programs and will rotate as he continues to procure new discoveries. Featured offerings are currently from Santa Carota, Black Hawk Farms, Mizusako Farm, and Double R Ranch. Since these steak offerings are extremely limited in availability, chef recommends trying one of these rare finds while you have the chance!
